Once again Bart is acting out, but this time he is brought to see a child psychiatrist who tells Homer and Marge to get him involved in something he is interested in. Bart takes up the drums and to everyones surprise, he is a natural. When he is asked to join a jazz band, Lisa becomes jealous and turns her interest towards rescuing animals.
