When Marge and Homer are walking down the streets of Springfield, they come across a street artist who challenges people for bets. Homer bets 20 dollar but loses. Marge accuses the man of making the street unsafe. The man tries to run away, but marge hits him and he falls down. A while later he gets arrested and Marge decides her calling is to join the police force.
