Homer participates in the Springfield marathon. Bart receives an offer to be part of a boys band called Party Posse. The other members of the band are; Milhouse, Nelson and Ralph. With the help of NASA technology their voices are changed. They become very popular until it becomes clear their music is being used to encourage people to join the marine.
